Teacher
I attended Eastern New Mexico University for my Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Education. After a few years break of college, I went back to ENMU for a Master’s in Communication. I am currently attending Angelo State University to complete my principal certification.
The 2019-2020 school year is my first year teaching in Texas. I currently teach 8th grade science.
My first year teaching was in Sterling, Colorado where I taught 9-12 grade agriculture eduction, 9th grade beginning engineering, and was the FFA advisor. I then taught for six years in Dexter, New Mexico where I was the 7-12 grade agriculture education teacher, high school biology teacher, FFA advisor, and Varsity Girls basketball coach.
My husband is a farmer in Seagraves and we have a six year old daughter who attends Kindergarten at Colonial Heights.
